The prize draws are drawn monthly: one draw for feedback respondents in the St Helier town cafés (Colomberie, Liberation Station, or King Street) and one for Ports of Jersey cafés (The Shipyard at Elizabeth Terminal – Jersey Harbour, and Jersey Airport). If fewer than 50 entries are received for a draw in any given month, entries will be rolled over to the following month’s draw until 50 entries are received.

Guests who have visited Café Ubé more than once in the month are very welcome to give feedback about each visit, but only one entry will be counted in each of that month’s prize draws.

The prize for each draw is a £50 JPRestaurants voucher. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other item. Standard JPRestaurants gift card terms and conditions apply to the prize voucher.

Prizes will be allocated at random from email addresses submitted to the prize draw. Email addresses will be stored solely for the purpose of the draw, unless permission has been granted elsewhere for the email address to be stored for marketing or other purposes.

Prize winners will be contacted via email once each draw has taken place. JPRestaurants reserves the right to draw an alternative winner if the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 7 days.
